Its sad to know that all employers are seeking for people with years of experience.
I cannot believe it that some few hours ago, I searched through various job sites and all "they" say is "EXPERIENCE". The question is "what do they mean by experience?".
Are they trying to tell "we" the new grads that all the years we spent in school including internships and externships cannot be used or considered as experience?
I have almost done two years externship and voluntary work at one of the Inova Hospitals and yet employers keep telling me "experience".
I do not know whats happening to the USA we know...hhmmm???!!!
